The staffs are superb! I didn’t expect the kindness they have shown me. They went above and beyond their role. I left my phone in an Uber and all I planned was to leave my friend’s contact number in the hotel to let us know in case the uber driver is kind enough to return it. I was ready to let it go as we were leaving kanazawa at that moment. But as soon as I talked to the staffs, Tanaka (I apologize if my memory of your name is wrong) straightaway started locating the uber. In about an hour, I had my phone back. I am very thankful to that 4 exceptional staffs working that afternoon. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, spotless and has all the basics one needs. Location is great. Only less than 10min walk from the train station. Exceptionally quiet & safe to be in an urban area. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Somebody was always there to make sure there was no empty tray & even the tiniest mess in the area. Highly recommended.

This hotel was affordable in February which I believe is a bit of an off season in Japan, and it had THE biggest room I've stayed in over 10 or so different hotels. It was really surprising. I had the corner room and while it wasn't so much of a view, it was heavily snowing and very beautiful. The location is very convenient, close to the station and close to a conbini. I checked in late at night and the concierge was super friendly, and spoke Japanese with me despite mine being less than stellar. He could speak English too, but I really appreciated him using Japanese when I did. The heat also worked really well, especially considering the huge windows.

The hotel's location was a major plus, being very close to the station and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The laundry room was well-equipped with separate washers and dryers, making it easy to do laundry. The room itself was clean and spacious, perfect for two people with luggage. The staff was friendly and informative, explaining their eco-friendly approach to housekeeping. The toilet's bidet and warming functions were a welcome luxury. The breakfast offered a good variety of Western and Japanese options.

The hotel was incredibly clean, with a very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The luggage storage facilities were a fantastic bonus, completely free of charge, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which is so important when you’re traveling. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent service, attention to detail, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home.

Within a stone’s throw of the station. Our room had a fairly nice view over the neighboring buildings and the city, and it was quiet. The 7-11 at the station had a huge variety of local and other sweets and savouries, all beautifully presented and gift-wrapped, so I was able to purchase a lot of my gifts there. This is a lovely station, with a prominent and great Tourist Office. The bus stops are in front of the station, and the Loop Buses take you to all the sights.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It's an easy short walk from the Kanazawa Station's east gate exit. The desk staff are welcoming and happy to help. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There's much choice to satisfy both Japanese and western tastes. The dining room and kitchen staff made sure there was no shortage of good food and were also very welcoming. There's an inexpensive laundry which was very useful. I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room, maybe even slightly larger than the average business hotel, very clean, good position close to the station. The bed was good and the room was quiet. A very good choice for a business hotel near the station.

This is maybe the best valued hotel that ticked all the boxes. We are a group of 3 and found that this is the best option to stay (very) close to Kanazawa JR station. Each one of us had our own bed (single) and the size of the room is spacious enough to not keep bumping to each other. Check-in process was smooth and easy, it's got all necessary amenities for our 2 nights stay.

The location is close to Kanazawa Station, making it very convenient to walk. The room is spacious, larger than a typical family room compared to other hotels we visited during our trip. The facilities are okay, including laundry and a dryer.
